Nrep is our real estate investment strategy, taking a user-centric and hyperlocal approach when investing in sectors with clear supply-demand imbalances. With a strong focus on residentials and logistics, we invest across the Nordics, Germany and Poland where we currently manage 8 million sqm of real estate. As we work to reimagine the built environment, we apply an operationally integrated approach and leverage our sustainability expertise to bring emissions, risk and cost down – and profits and long-term livability up.

Velo Capital: Real Estate Debt

Velo Capital is our real estate credit strategy within the core-plus, value-add, and opportunistic risk segments, for a broad range of projects including standing assets, transitional assets, and developments. Operating in the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Finland) and Germany, we underwrite credit investments with an approach rooted in our longstanding experience in real estate markets. As we work with local partners and offer tailored solutions to meet the needs of each individual project, our investments seek to support real estate assets and developments which make a positive contribution to the green transition.

2150 is our technology strategy investing into sustainable and resilient solutions reshaping the urban environment and the industries that power the process. We back entrepreneurs and help scale companies working to drive value across the 'Urban Stack', representing the interconnected layers of an urban environment: From the enabling infrastructure, planning, and building materials, to the optimization of urban assets and the well-being of its citizens. We are research-led seeking to understand the causes of the greatest challenges to our urban environment and identifying solutions that can help address them, while working closely with the broad urban ecosystem to accelerate the deployment of such technologies creating value for our partners, portfolio companies and investors.
