Our Culture
For me, our purpose is twofold:
First it is driven by our belief that business is about solving problems. We combine people, ideas and capital to invest making better cities and real estate for the benefit of both the users and our investors.
The second aspect is more internally directed, which is the purpose of creating an organization where people can grow, challenge themselves, and experience their work as a meaningful part of their lives. We provide the setting in which they can challenge themselves, to grow, learn and develop as human beings, while working with something that creates better outcomes for all stakeholders.
Our culture is the most sacred and important thing we have. It comes first and drives everything else. It has developed because we’ve brought together many people who share the belief that business is about solving problems. The main goal of our recruitment processes is to find a balanced match between the position, our company culture and the candidate’s competencies and personal goals and preferences. We aim for transparency and trust at every step of the process.

Recruitment process
During the recruitment process, you will meet the hiring manager, relevant stakeholders or team members, and a talent acquisition professional. We use work personality and logical reasoning assessments for permanent positions to identify potential, and you might also encounter case exercises that reflect the position you are applying for. The purpose of a case is to provide you with an example of the problem solving that is expected in the role, and to help us better understand your way of reasoning, structuring, analytical thinking, solving problems, and producing ideas. As each recruitment process is tailored to the job role, we will share you more information on the steps before the interviews.
