Urban Partners sells four residential properties in Tingbjerg to Home.Earth

• Urban Partners has entered into an agreement to sell four residential properties in Tingbjerg to Home.Earth.
• The transaction comprises 218 rental homes totalling approximately 21,500 sqm.
• The properties were developed as part of the transformation of Tingbjerg and are now being sold to Home.Earth, while Urban Partners continues its engagement in the area's future development.

August 26, 2026 - Following a structured sales process, Urban Partners has entered into an agreement to sell four residential properties in Tingbjerg to Home.Earth.

The transaction comprises four fully let residential properties totalling 218 rental homes across approximately 21,500 sqm. The properties were built between 2018 and 2024. Three of them hold DGNB Gold certification, and all four carry an A energy rating. They were developed as part of the extensive transformation of Tingbjerg, an area Urban Partners has been involved with since the transformation first began, contributing to the development of new housing and a more mixed and diverse neighbourhood.
