Urban Partners sells 4 prime logistics assets to KLP Eiendom

Urban Partners, a leading European urban investor has divested a portfolio of four newly built logistics properties in Vestby and Moss outside Oslo to KLP Eiendom. The portfolio consists of approx. 98,000 sqm of modern logistics space strategically located in two of Norway’s most attractive logistics hubs.With a property value of NOK 1.8 billion, the sale marks the largest logistics transaction in Norway this year.

The portfolio includes Toveien 19 (30,000 sqm), Toveien 21 (27,600 sqm) and Stormåsan 42 (17,800 sqm) in Vestby, as well as Vestre Vanemvei 51 (22,300 sqm) in Moss. All properties are fully let to a diversified and solid tenant base including Schibsted, NTEX, H&M and Vinhuset, with a portfolio WAULT of approx. 7 years.
The assets have been developed by Urban Partners over the last four years and hold a high technical- and environmental standard with EPC ratings, BREEAM certifications and solar panels.
Vestby and Moss are among Norway’s leading logistics hubs, located on the south axis of Oslo, along the main transport corridor (E6) connecting Norway with the rest of the Nordics and European markets.
