  • Urban Partners has acquired, via its NSF V fund, a modern logistics real estate portfolio from DSV Road Oy and DSV Contract Logistics Oy.
  • The transaction comprises eight properties with a combined area of more than 125,000 square meters, serving both domestic and international transport flows. The assets are primarily located in key logistics hubs within Finland’s growth triangle.

31 March 2026 - The acquisition has been completed by NSF V, a fund managed by Urban Partners (formerly Nrep). The portfolio represents a strategically significant distribution and terminal network. DSV Road Oy ja DSV Contract Logistics Oy will remain as long‑term tenants across all properties. Urban Partners’ logistics real estate platform, Logicenters, will assume responsibility for the management of the assets. The sale and purchase agreement was signed on 31 March 2026.

The properties are mainly located in Finland’s most important logistics nodes, where freight volumes are highest and the operational efficiency of distribution networks is critical. The portfolio comprises modern, high‑quality assets, the majority of which have been developed within the past ten years. The largest properties are located in Vantaa, in close proximity to Helsinki Airport, as well as in the Tampere and Turku regions along major transport corridors.

Joonas Lemström, Head of Finland, Real Estate, said:

“This acquisition provides us with a rare opportunity to acquire, through a single transaction, a nationally significant logistics portfolio fully aligned with our investment strategy. The properties are modern, energy‑efficient and located in key freight transport locations, directly responding to the logistics market’s growing long‑term demand.”

Energy efficiency and technical performance are central to the long‑term value of the portfolio. Most of the assets already demonstrate excellent energy performance, and ambitious BREEAM environmental certifications will be pursued for the properties. The buildings utilise renewable energy solutions and modern technical systems, supporting both improved energy efficiency and strong operational performance.
